Q. Do you have online access?
A. WineWorks online stock and transport management system is only a click away from accessing your own current orders, stock levels and historical data on product movements.[/toggle]
Q. How can I get a proof of delivery (POD)?
A. To receive a POD for a job that has been delivered, you can contact one of our customer service representatives who will have it to you as soon as possible.[/toggle]
Q. Do you exchange Chep and Loscam pallets?
A. We are a transfer only company and therefore strongly suggest having your own accounts.[/toggle]
Q. Do you do over stickering?
A. Yes we do from domestic to international.
Q. Can you organise private or small deliveries?
A. Absolutely, with years of industry experience WineWorks can deliver anywhere you require at any time.
Q. Can you pack containers? ”
A. WineWorks has a dedicated export team that are ready to help you with configuring your stock and ensuring your container gets to its port in the best possible condition.
Q. Do you store private collections? ”
A. WineWorks caters from large producers to private collections and everything in between.
Q. Can you book my stock into Coles or Woolworths? ”
A.We can book your stock into all Distribution centres required.
Q. When is your cut-off for orders? ”
A. All orders should be in by 12.00pm for next day local despatch and by 12.00pm for next day interstate despatch.
